3. Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days.
- You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon business times this could be as little as a few minutes.
- Orders can only be cancelled by telephone.
- Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment.
- Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.
